What our Students say

As a clinical psychologist, yoga and mindfulness facilitator, I found that the courses at Padmayog Sadhana are designed to empower people and regain a sense of emotional wellbeing in our day to day lives.

The MA in Yoga Shastra which I enrolled into, gives a grounding in the therapeutic applications of Yoga. The teachers, professors and lecturers are extremely motivating and constantly inspiring the students to learn and better ourselves. Our Principal strives towards the dissemination of knowledge of the age old Science of Yoga. The course is made affordable to all. Here, knowledge is shared and the sheer purity of Yoga and its study is not compromised by treating it as a business. The idea that Yoga is for all irrespective of religion, caste, colour, creed is what I feel is the best.

Currently working in Holy Spirit Sospital and in clinical practice. I was going through lot of stress working with covid patients. Hence I started practicing basic yoga and I felt better, could find change in me. Under the guidance of my mentors,I got to have a word with the Principal of Padmayog Sadhana. I had joined for MA in Yogashastra. Initially, my concerns were “it would be difficult to do a Masters course because I am a working professional, and have little knowledge about yoga, giving exams, attending lectures would be difficult. But, When the guru/ teacher are best your journey becomes easy.

The journey of Masters in Yoga became smooth and interesting. All this could have been possible because of the strongest pillars always there to support us. All teachers of Padmayog Sadhna college are the best and have immense knowledge about yoga, always being student-friendly and help students with syllabus, notes, time to time lectures, revision of lectures and access to recorded lectures which helped to revise the lectures. Currently due to the pandemic situation lectures were conducted online, never even once felt it was online, it was beautifully conducted in a great way. Even in my busy schedule, I could complete everything just in time . I am lucky to be a part of the Padmayog Sadhana family. And being a physical therapist it is helping me for the management of my patients with the neurological problem and orthopedic problems, helping me to keep myself healthy to serve humanity.
